Goldin Construction is proud to support StrongMen, a UK charity dedicated to improving men’s mental health and preventing suicide.
StrongMen provides vital support to men who are struggling, offering early intervention, mentoring, wellbeing programmes and safe spaces where men can talk openly without judgement. Their work focuses on real conversations, practical help and breaking down the stigma that still surrounds men’s mental health.
Following a powerful and deeply moving talk by StrongMen CEO Efrem Brynin, we felt strongly that this was a cause we wanted to stand behind. As a business working in the construction industry – where mental health challenges remain a serious issue – supporting StrongMen felt both relevant and important.
We now contribute monthly as members of the StrongMen Centurion Club, helping to provide ongoing, reliable funding so the charity can continue meeting growing demand for its services. This regular support allows StrongMen to plan ahead and reach more men who need help.
